Campus Worship Pastor (FRS)

The Campus Worship Pastor is responsible for overseeing all worship and live production ministry activities to cultivate a healthy culture of worship and facilitate leadership, care and community at the campus level.

Requirements

• Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in meeting task deadlines/timelines
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinker
• Prioritize time
• Recruiting and motivate capable volunteers
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Present facts in an organized manner
• Provide detailed description of possible solutions
• Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving
• Brings all necessary materials to meetings, events, etc.
• Pastoral & Office staff
