Job Description
Gateway Rehabilitation Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate PRN Outpatient Therapist to join their team at their Center Township, PA location. The role focuses on providing high-quality substance use treatment services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and developing personalized treatment plans. The therapist will build relationships with referral sources and ensure patient care adheres to regulations.
Requirements
- Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment.
- Develops patient treatment plans and outcomes.
- Provides individual, group, and/or family therapy.
- Completes clinical documentation accurately.
- Maintains contact with referral sources.
- Monitors insurance authorizations.
- Provides referrals.
- Adheres to HIPAA and OMHSAS regulations.
