
Job description
The Project Superintendent is accountable for providing leadership, management, and supervision for electrical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role involves overseeing safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.
Manage teams of electricians, complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner. Lead and manage crews, lay out project work, coordinate scheduling, and supervise on-site construction projects.
Must have high level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organization skills, and technology/computer proficiency. Must be able to maintain required licensing and training requirements.
