We are seeking an R&D Team Leader to lead a dedicated team of R&D scientists, technicians, and admin staff in executing research and development projects. The role involves team leadership, technical leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as delivery, risk management, and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelors in a relevant scientific discipline
- Proven people management track record within a technical team
- Product development experience and expertise
- People leadership skills
- Technical skills and knowledge, continuous learning and improvement mindset
- Good working knowledge of food and pharmaceutical regulatory environments (preferred)
- Project Management Process Knowledge (preferred)
- Process development experience and expertise (preferred)
