GraceKids Director

The GraceKids Director will provide spiritual leadership, vision, and systems oversight for all GraceKids' ministries, focusing on equipping families for discipleship, developing adult leaders, and building sustainable volunteer pathways.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Work with the GraceKids Council to provide shepherding, vision, leadership, and coordination for the GraceKids Ministry.
• Provide shepherding, vision, and leadership development to the Grace kids team leaders.
• Develop a prayer base for children's ministry and ensure regular communication with GraceKids team leaders, volunteers, and the church family.
• Evaluate and improve ministry systems and administrative duties such as supervising security checks, evaluating budgets, ordering curriculum and supplies, and creating policies for the children's ministry.
