Job description
As a Cloud Engineer at GDIT, you will shape what's next for mission-critical government projects while shaping your engineering career. You will provide engineering, modernization, and migration support for CNIC Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) and ensure continuity, modernization, and cloud interoperability across CNIC's hybrid enterprise architecture.
You will perform cloud engineering and design tasks to support the migration of CNIC G2 SharePoint sites,.Net, custom-coded applications, Windows Server, and Linux systems into Azure cloud environments. You will evaluate legacy G2 SharePoint applications and recommend target cloud architecture and modernization approaches.
You will bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. Our Cloud Engineer must have 8 years of cloud engineering, systems engineering, or migration engineering experience, cloud or server engineering certification, and Azure Gov. experience.
