
Job description
As an Infrastructure Service Lead, you will support national defense by maintaining the stability, security, and operational readiness of enterprise IT infrastructure. You will serve as the primary technical lead for infrastructure services, monitoring critical systems, identifying issues, and coordinating with service lane SMEs and Senior Technical Advisors for timely resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary technical lead for infrastructure services, monitoring and analyzing enterprise alerts, alarms, dashboards, and system health indicators, and initiating and leading crisis action teams for critical infrastructure incidents.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 12+ years of relevant IT experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph, and hands-on experience with core infrastructure services.
