Program/Business Analyst Senior

Role Overview

The Program/Business Analyst Senior supports data collection and analysis efforts for a designated division within a federal agency. The Business Analyst creates methods and manages systems to capture, collect, and visualize bed capacity, financial, and other data related to division activities while collaborating with other federal and contractor personnel on related tasks.

What You Will Do

Maintain dashboards, SharePoint Lists, and leadership reports to track bed capacity, funding status, delivery dates and other program specific information. Conduct business analysis and work with system developers to capture requirements related to division and care provider activities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and at least 7 years of experience with quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and analysis
• Working knowledge of data visualization platforms to include generating and maintaining Tableau dashboards
• Exceptional analytical skills, to include working knowledge of SQL, scripting languages (Python/R), and relational databases
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and Office 365
