
Job description
The Program/Business Analyst Senior supports data collection and analysis efforts for a designated division within a federal agency. The Business Analyst creates methods and manages systems to capture, collect, and visualize bed capacity, financial, and other data related to division activities while collaborating with other federal and contractor personnel on related tasks.
Maintain dashboards, SharePoint Lists, and leadership reports to track bed capacity, funding status, delivery dates and other program specific information. Conduct business analysis and work with system developers to capture requirements related to division and care provider activities.
This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred.
