Senior Systems Administrator

Role Overview

Support mission critical government systems through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, patching, security compliance, and sustainment of Windows server and VMware virtual environments.

What You Will Do

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual Windows server environments. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise IT services.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, VMware vSphere and Horizon, patch management, RMF, and STIG compliance. Required certifications include CompTIA Security+ CE, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, and VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with four years of experience, or eight years of equivalent technical experience without a degree.
• Minimum of eight years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, VMware vSphere and Horizon, patch management, RMF, and STIG compliance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred within 6 to 12 months of hire
