Job description
GDIT is looking for a ServiceNow Software Platform Engineer to maintain the development, test, and production ServiceNow environments as well as support ongoing operations and maintenance activities and projects for the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL.
Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades and assisting with the technical implementation of the tool. Develop and maintain service catalog items to include states, flows, and UI policies.
Experience with patching and maintaining ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment is a plus. Participate in Scrum process, testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow modules.
