Job description
As an Advanced Lead Engineer with GE Aerospace, you'll be part of a highly respected team of Engineers and Designers developing solutions and high-reliability electrical/mechanical products. This role is responsible for leading design, analysis, technical reviews, and testing of GE Aerospace products.
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. Lead new product development, de-risking of a technology (technology maturation) and directing technical team members.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with ability to work independently, detail oriented with strong oral and written communication skills, and effective problem identification and solution skills.
