Engineering Project Manager

Role Overview

Lead the technical strategy for assigned projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer support requests, leading safety investigations, and supporting manufacturing and MRO operations. The successful candidate will have experience working with complex safety-critical products and knowledge of airworthiness requirements.

What You Will Do

Manage technical requirements, build and lead integrated product teams, and ensure project commitment. The role involves creating project estimates, supporting company strategic planning, and developing statements of work. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of the project engineering function.

Requirements

• Experience working with complex safety-critical products within customer or operationally focused environments
• Experience working with safety-critical products and knowledge of airworthiness requirements
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership of complex projects using a range of established tools
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or technical subject, or equivalent relevant experience
