
Job description
Lead the technical strategy for a specific platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support ongoing operations and customer-driven improvements. The role includes leadership of specific projects related to reliability enhancements, cost reductions, or other improvements.
Manage customer support requests, lead safety investigations, and support programs across the product lifecycle. Leverage reliability, operational, and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex safety-critical products, knowledge of airworthiness requirements, and strong communication and influencing skills.
