
Job description
The Tooling Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools, fixtures, jigs, and related equipment that support our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role ensures that tooling enables safe, high-quality, repeatable, and cost-effective production, and provides direct technical support to the shop floor.
Design and develop tooling, support manufacturing operations, support new product introduction, drive continuous improvement, manage documentation and standards, coordinate suppliers and cost, ensure safety and compliance.
This role requires a strong safety focus, quality mindset, customer orientation, solid problem-solving and analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
