
Job description
Assemble and TIG weld aerospace castings and details, following detailed work instructions and practicing weld procedures per GE and Nadcap/AWS specifications. Work in a team environment and practice safe work habits.
Use fixtures, tools, and gauges to produce aerospace parts meeting blueprint drawing tolerances. Participate in Action Workouts and contribute to the LEAN Manufacturing workplace.
Must have minimum of two years Gas Tungsten Arc (Heliarc) welding experience and pass Gas Tungsten Arc Weld test on nickel base, cobalt base, and stainless steel alloys.
