Facilities Officer is responsible for setup and management of vendors for card access, CCTV, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Project Management, IT or a related field
- Prior experience in the built environment (MEPF - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Facilities) and security access management or relevant field minimum 2 years.
- Experience in managing business continuity and disaster recovery process.
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a BPO or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices.
- Familiarity with local built environment regulations.
- Able to operate advanced MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Must be good in spoken and written English.
- Have experienced working in a fast paced & growing company environment.
- Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
