
Job description
This is a remote role that provides onsite customer support. The Operations Coordinator 1 ensures first-class service contract process execution on customer service contracts, installs base data entry and data quality, and ensures timely and accurate billing of customers. The role requires working closely with Service Sales, Field Service, and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration.
Drive the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract loading, responsible for timely and accurate billing of customers, work within related systems, handle all types of work submitted into the department, and maintain install database accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have strong focus on customer care and satisfaction, ability to communicate using local language, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and commitments.
