Role Overview

The Project Manager for Installations independently leads complex, multi modality installation projects, ensuring timely, safe, and cost effective execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong project management expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Lead and execute complex installation projects, manage scope, cost, schedule, and quality, serve as the customer's primary contact and escalation point, conduct site assessments, tender evaluations, and solution design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field
• 5–8 years of project management experience in healthcare, construction, or technical installation environments
• Proven track record managing multi-modality, high-value, or turnkey installation projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and installation business drivers
• Solid technical background in electrical, mechanical, and civil works, ideally in clinical environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French
• Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium for customer site visits; valid driver's license
• Ability to work remote from anywhere in Belgium or from the Diegem office as preferred
