Job description
Oversees the installation, integration, and parameterization of ITS and traffic systems. Ensures the efficient performance of diagnostic tests, ensuring system availability. Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Monitors technical support implemented in the context of addressing system problems/defects. Certifies the correct implementation of acceptance tests for installed systems. Develops and updates technical documentation and system design diagrams, as well as related operation manuals.
Ensures the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of systems under their responsibility, in accordance with best practices. Excellent knowledge of network protocols, system monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices.
