This position is for a Customer Service representative to ensure a positive customer experience. The role focuses on greeting, engaging, and qualifying customers, meeting sales/loan goals, performing transactions, and maintaining a clean workspace. Communication, sales experience and proficiency with computers are expected.

Requirements

• Greet, interact with, and qualify customers.
• Meet and exceed sales/loan quotas.
• Handle customer transactions and communication.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Experience in customer service, cash handling or jewelry/gemstones is preferred.
• Ability to handle basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
