• Developing the visual communication of client-facing deliverables
• Developing graphics, motion/video elements, or illustrations
• Quick ideation and prototyping with multidisciplinary teams
• Staying updated on visual design trends, tools and techniques
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Exceptional knowledge of the creative process
• The ability to quickly and effectively communicate ideas through sketching, diagrams, or visual examples
• Excellent eye for detail, ambition for the quality of your work, and a constant search for excellence
• Being open to go beyond visual communication and helping teams in building narratives and structuring stories
