Gemic is a global business strategy and innovation consultancy seeking a Freelance Visual Designer to help consultants share their learnings through visualising evidence and building explanatory models.
Requirements
- Developing the visual communication of client-facing deliverables
- Developing graphics, motion/video elements, or illustrations
- Quick ideation and prototyping with multidisciplinary teams
- Staying updated on visual design trends, tools and techniques
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of the creative process
- The ability to quickly and effectively communicate ideas through sketching, diagrams, or visual examples
- Excellent eye for detail, ambition for the quality of your work, and a constant search for excellence
- Being open to go beyond visual communication and helping teams in building narratives and structuring stories
