We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our financial services team to support the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing programs.
Requirements
- Support day-to-day management of affiliate programs across a portfolio of clients
- Prepare for and participate in internal planning meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and publisher partners
- Research and identify new publisher opportunities to drive program growth
- Manage publisher insertion orders, including tracking, approvals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate partner communications for promotions, launches, and program updates
- Review and respond to publisher applications within affiliate networks
- Conduct outreach to recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform program strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines
- Prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver timely, professional communication to clients and partners
- Take ownership of assigned work and contribute to continuous program improvement
