Role Overview

The Manager, Project Management leads a team of project managers responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional product development initiatives within Generac’s Industrial Energy business. This role combines people leadership with hands-on program oversight, ensuring projects are executed with strong discipline, accountability, and alignment to business objectives.

What You Will Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, drive high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement; oversee execution of multiple complex NPD projects, ensuring alignment to scope, cost, quality, and schedule commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, product development, or industrial product environments
• 7+ years of project management experience in New Product Development
• Prior experience leading or managing project teams in a cross-functional environment
