Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for bringing new electrical products and systems from concept to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. This role bridges electrical design and manufacturing, driving projects from concept through mass production with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership for electrical and systems design, collaborating with design, manufacturing, embedded, supply chain, and quality teams, developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and designing for excellence, electrical process development, quality and compliance, supplier and component management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years in NPI or electrical engineering roles, preferably in consumer electronics or other high-volume industries
• Hands-on experience with Schematic and PCB design, assembly, and test
• Proficiency in Altium, circuit simulations (SPICE), SolidWorks, and Python-based data analysis
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of RF principles and hands-on experience with lab instrumentation
