Job description
We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead major subsystems or product projects and influence technical direction across cross-functional teams. The role is based in our Jefferson WI or optionally Waukesha WI office.
Designs, validates, and brings new products, systems, and component technologies to market. Defines functional requirements and develops optimized engineering solutions by designing, testing, integrating, and evaluating moderately complex components and systems.
Ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, 5+ years of relevant work experience, and 2-3 years of new product development experience.
