Welder I - 1st Shift

Role Overview

Welders perform Mig welding, Aluminum welding, TIG Welding, electric or robotic welding in the fabrication of parts for product lines. They work under the direction of an area supervisor and are responsible for ensuring a high-quality finished product.

What You Will Do

Perform safe and effective operation of equipment, follow established procedures, and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Assist with robotic welder and provide training to new employees.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or certification, basic welding experience, and knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment. They must be able to follow direction and work in a team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Certification
• Internal written and physical weld test
• An understanding of welding fundamentals
• Basic welding experience and/or training
• Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment
• Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
