
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an international Program Manager to provide sustainment and logistics support for Canada’s MQ-9B SkyGuardian Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Program. This position reports to a Senior Program Manager within the SkyGuardian Global Support Solution (SGSS) organization and is responsible for the development and implementation of sustainment programs, projects, and operations to support the customer’s fleet of MQ-9B weaponized aircraft systems.
Coordinate the fielding and maintenance of the MQ-9B SkyGuardian fleet. Oversee and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones from initiation, delivery, and steady state operations (sustainment) to meet contractual requirements.
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to employees working on assigned projects. Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion. Identify and assess program issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
