
Job description
Responsible for planning, managing, and technical performance of one or more developed or mature engineering programs. Manages programs with well-defined plans and delivery methodologies. Leads all phases of assigned programs from initiation through delivery.
Manages Integrated Product Services proposal team, participates in cost estimating objectives, advises management on estimate risks, and manages cost estimates. Leads program development, monitors implementation of cost standards, and provides counsel on cost estimating issues.
Requires strong technical leadership and management skills, with ability to influence and coordinate proposal preparation, contract acquisitions, and negotiations. Must be able to identify program issues and develop solutions, and contribute to new business opportunities.
