Job description
Our Autonomous Maritime Platforms business area has an immediate opening for a Program Manager. Our team is performing on projects to design and deliver critical new systems for the US War-Fighter, and we need experienced leaders with the engineering and business savvy to execute these challenging programs.
As a Program Manager, you will lead team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive, integrated program/product, subcontractor, and material plans, and business plans that achieve overall current and long-term objectives of the program/product, business unit, and division.
We are looking for a leader who can champion AI adoption across program teams to improve productivity, apply AI tools to automate reporting, schedule management, program health, risks, and performance metrics, and identify needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major program roles.
