Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead a program or part of a program within the Airborne Line of Business, providing operational leadership, proposal support, customer interaction, growth initiatives, and managing profit/loss. The position requires a strong collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and customers, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to deal with internal and external clients in high-pressure situations.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of the project, establishing project baselines, monitoring performance, driving the implementation of technical solutions, supporting change proposals and new business opportunities, and helping achieve customer growth. The position will also involve developing and executing proposal plans and strategies, supporting customer relationships, and developing new business within the market/project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
