Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

Lead the MK54 MOD2 Lightweight Torpedo Guidance and Control program, responsible for engineering and technical efforts, design verification, manufacturing readiness, test and evaluation support, and coordination with government stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Develop, define, and implement cohesive program/product plans, subcontractor and material plans, and business plans to achieve overall objectives. Identify needed resources, define and assign major program roles, and establish integrated WBS-based budget and schedule baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Substantial knowledge of products and technologies
• Ability to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
• Ability to lead others in team building, conflict resolution, motivation, and leadership
