The Senior AI Architect role is a senior presales AI specialist who operates across three core motions: driving strategic AI opportunities, scaling the field, and shaping product and go-to-market direction.

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases
• Architect reliable, production-ready AI solutions
• Define how AI interacts across the full journey
• Optimize retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge architectures
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and quality measurement strategies
• Engineer contextual AI experiences
• Design for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency
• Leverage expert-level knowledge of Genesys AI capabilities
• Support pre-sales activities
• Design and deploy AI prototypes
• Partner with account teams and Professional Services
• Develop reusable technical assets
• Provide technical feedback and strategic insights
• Influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders
