Gestionnaire de projet / Project Manager - Engineering Effectiveness

The Engineering Effectiveness group drives efficient, predictable, high-quality delivery across Genetec's engineering organization. As a Project Manager, you connect hardware NPI, firmware, software delivery, and manufacturing readiness to ensure products move from concept to release with minimal friction.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project or delivery management experience
• Understanding of software engineering workflows and hardware/NPI cycles
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree
