Job description
Operate Thermoformers, recognize and report heating/cooling problems, and perform adjustments without assistance. Work under shift supervisor with final approval by the production manager.
Start up and shut down Thermoformers, perform roll changes, operate micro phaser and ballerina control panels, and read instrumentation gauges.
Must have ability to learn and operate all six Thermoformers, recognize and report quality issues, and maintain a safe work environment.
