Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

ABS Global has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing operations team. The role will support Lean Manufacturing initiatives across our production laboratories, partnering closely with operations, quality, training, supply chain, and leadership to improve efficiency, flow, safety, and quality.

What You Will Do

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data-driven problem solving, partner across engineering, production, quality, training, and supply chain to increase customer value, analyze manufacturing processes to identify and reduce waste, and develop and maintain standardized work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline
• Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
