Molding Operator

Role Overview

Inspect parts visually for defects, perform visual and gauge inspections, and package products. Work in a manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and quality.

What You Will Do

Perform daily tasks such as trimming parts, keeping the work area clean, and reporting problems to technicians or supervisors.

Requirements

• High school graduate, GED or equivalent
• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and write English clearly and concisely
• Ability to regulate a steady pace to meet production needs
• Must have the capability to correctly identify the different materials and product
• Ability to drive a forklift to move material as needed
• Must be able to work with minimum direction after being trained
