VTC Facilitator/Operator

Role Overview

GCA is seeking a VTC Facilitator/Operator to facilitate and operate VTC/IPTV/AV conferences. The role involves starting and powering off equipment, conducting audio-visual checks, and serving as primary operator for conferences and meetings. The person will also create daily schedules for events and coordinate facilitator and maintenance schedules.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include starting and powering off VTC/IPTV/AV equipment, conducting audio-visual checks, serving as primary operator for conferences and meetings, coordinating recording and teleconferencing, and responding to customer requests regarding VTC/IPTV/AV problems or issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Secret clearance, IAT Level I Certification, and proficiency in Microsoft products. One year of AV experience and helpdesk experience are also desired. Requirements

• Secret clearance
• IAT Level I Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or higher)
