Join GeoVictoria's new team to resolve customer pain from a technical and systemic perspective. You'll investigate problems, detect patterns, and create sustainable solutions. We prioritize merit, celebrate values, and are a diverse team.
Resolve technical tickets, interact with clients, investigate errors, detect patterns, and design internal tools to optimize ticket resolution and improve customer experience.
We're looking for someone with C# and SQL knowledge, a degree in Computer Engineering or related field, and strong communication skills. You'll work on-site in Providencia, Santiago.
