Lead the entire functional domain, coordinating development, QA, functional analysis, and product teams. Define architecture guidelines, technical standards, and best practices.
Develop teams, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Foster a culture where asking and offering help is part of the daily routine.
