Product Metallurgist

Product Metallurgist provides technical leadership and metallurgical support for Melt Shop, Rolling Mill, and Logistics operations, ensuring products meet customer requirements and strengthening quality systems and metallurgical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related Engineering field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a steelmaking or heavy manufacturing environment preferred
• Working knowledge of steelmaking, refining, casting, and/or rolling processes
• Ability to apply metallurgical principles to improve product quality and process efficiency
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and internal reporting
• Ability to interpret and analyze production data and metallurgical results
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and technical requirements
