Power Transformer Erection & Commissioning Supervisor

Role Overview

Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.

What You Will Do

Lead technical portion of Power Transformers site installation and commissioning, support customers located in different countries, and be part of a community of experts able to support global customers on high technology equipment.

Self-motivated service engineer with 5–10 years of experience in power transformers, site management, and field service, with ability to understand electrical schematics and resource scheduling and forecasting experience.

Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification
• 5–10 years of experience in power transformers, site management, and field service
• Strong health and safety mindset aligned with international standards
• Solid knowledge of international construction standards, environmental legislation, and civil/electrical construction specifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proactive mindset with ability to recommend and approve corrective actions
