Job description
Responsible for programming a component, feature, and/or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. Contributes to design discussions.
Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate, and justify the estimate with facts. Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code quality automation.
Requires strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex problems, and provide efficient, scalable solutions. Demonstrates clarity of thinking, influences through others, and builds direct and behind-the-scenes support for ideas.
