
Job description
The Site Manager - Civil/Electrical Construction will be responsible for supervising civil and electrical works, acting as the main point of contact for operational aspects of site subcontracts, and ensuring implementation of EHS guidelines and customer EHS requirements.
The Site Manager will oversee overall supervision of civil and installation works, implement safety procedures, and detect near-miss incidents. They will also plan C&C activities, prepare staffing plans, and track actuals against plan.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, approximately 5 years of professional experience in HVDC projects, and overall experience of 8-10 years. They should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead work teams in challenging situations.
