Corporate Development Associate

GFiber is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Development Associate to join its team, evaluating M&A opportunities, supporting capital markets activities, and driving the firm’s long-range financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of corporate development experience (M&A or Capital Markets) OR 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) or Infrastructure.
• Experience working with Excel with a proven track record of building complex, multi-year integrated financial models.
• Direct exposure to capital markets transactions (Debt or Equity) and an understanding of capital structure optimization.
