Operate a clean, well-maintained property, manage multi-year capital and operating expense plans, develop the talent of the property team, and support the company's core values.
This role requires strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a basic understanding of financial and accounting principles, and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
