Job description
The Facilities Technician assists the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with implementing safety plans, operating standards, and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to maintain the physical assets of the property.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems, operate equipment, perform maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain cleanliness of property.
This role requires a self-starter with ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and read and interpret documents. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and OSHA General Industries 10-Hour course is a plus.
