Job description
The Facilities Technician assists the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with implementing safety plans, operating standards, and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance to maintain the physical assets of the property.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems, operate equipment, perform maintenance/minor repair activities, and assist with inventory systems and records.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, and 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field. They will be able to communicate clearly, work independently, and be a self-starter.
