
Job description
The Administrative Assistant will support various departments in the Ghafari office, providing reception area support, scheduling meetings, and performing general administrative tasks.
Provide reception area support, schedule meetings, order meeting meals and arrangements, assist with travel arrangements, and perform general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite software.
