Job Description
Geological Mechanical Engineer position at GHD with a focus on rock mechanics. The role involves field studies, design, project management, and contributing to knowledge management within the GHD network.
Requirements
- Drafting and/or approving technical notes and studies reports
- Developing plans for drilling, geological/geophysical modeling, and interpreting rock mass data
- Developing and/or approving plans for temporary/permanent rock mechanics support
- Acting as a technical expert to support mechanical and structural rock mechanics
- Conducting research from primary data sources and analyzing key themes
- Managing data collection, analysis, and exploration development
- Managing client relationships (external)
