Logistics Coordinator

GHX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator role to coordinate all travel for Inventory Field Operations staff, complete travel arrangements, and assist with staffing of physical inventories and/or compliance with third party vendor credential requirements.

Requirements

• Coordinates all travel for Inventory Field Operations staff
• Completes travel arrangements for Inventory Field Operations staff
• Assists with staffing of physical inventories and/or compliance with third party vendor credential requirements
• Researches and provides solutions to travel-related problems staff may have experienced
• Maintains a high level of competency in utilizing technology to make travel arrangements
• Works with hotel sales team to negotiate rates
• Supports scheduling setup to align staffing assignments with travel arrangements and inventory project needs
• Must be responsive to team members to assist with travel related issues even during off hours
